Attending therapy with us? Coronavirus Precautions

Are you attending or thinking of attending therapy with us?

As you are likely aware, the Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed several cases of the “Wuhan” Novel Coronovirus, (now known as COVID-19) here in Singapore.

In accordance with MOH advisories and guidelines, and in an effort to protect the health and safety of both our patients/clients and our staff, we ask that you please contact us to reschedule your upcoming appointment if:

  1. You have traveled to mainland China in the last fourteen (14) days;

  2. You have experienced flu-like symptoms, including but not limited to sore throat, cough, runny nose, sneezing and shortness of breath, in the past 72 hours; or

  3. You have had a fever of 38 degrees celsius or higher in the past 72 hours.

In an effort to cause the least disruption possible, we are standing by to reschedule your appointment to a date and time convenient for you.  In addition, we will waive all rescheduling and cancellation fees associated with your appointment, where appropriate to facilitate your psychotherapy process.

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us and we are making every effort to protect you and your family when you visit our practice for treatment.

Do we do video consultations? YES! Please ask your therapist.

In the event that the coronavirus becomes widespread at a community level, no worries, as we are prepared to offer you video consultations to limit physical contact and the risk of spreading disease.

Please do not hesitate to enquire with us for more details.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to answer any questions and explain our procedures in further detail.

You know we keep you in mind.

Thank you.
